BANGKOK — A taxi driver seen in a viral video slashing a motorcyclist with a knife surrendered himself to police today and said he only did it because the man kicked him.

Budget Bureau expects lower 2017 deficit than in fiscal 2016

True unit to receive 4g licence next Friday

BANGKOK: The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission yesterday announced that True Move H Universal Communication (TUC), a subsidiary of True Corp, had notified it that the company would hand over two bank guarantees on Wednesday and then receive its 4G licence for the 1,800-megahertz spectrum next Friday.
