This veteran not only suffers the loss of his property, but also an emotional schock directly caused by the way he has been spoliated.

His health may even become more fragile due to the situation.

Also, the lawsuit may take a long time to discourage him.

I really hope he gets helped by a good doctor and a good lawyer and get compensations for the financial and moral damages.

After he wins the lawsuit with the City, he shoukd then file Civil Suits against the neighbors - I can;' beleve the City has time to go around looking for places they "think" are abandoned............the neighbors pushed the issue - it was not in that bad of shape, the bills were paid, taxes were being paid so the city is not the only culpable parties - I would sue all the neighbors and take their houses.

They ripped down some very old trees as well which can never be replaced even if they rebuild the house for him. Very screwed up story.

THey must of thought he left for pattaya.
