Look like a top brass class reunion photo opp, but what's this seated guy doing there?

Notice there is no money on the table and that is why that guy is seated...

No one is pointing at the suspect, so the case against him must be weak...

On the upside, one of the copper's young grandkids now has a new, cheap blue phone.

....confusing....both are/were from Burma....???

Were you in Chiang Mai during the building boom of the early and mid 1980s?

There were tens of thousands of Burmese workers here then. They were - with few exceptions - very well behaved people.

Most of them seem to have an instinctive civility, something they share with the Kohn Muang.

Another reason for their good behavior at the time was that they would have been quickly deported for any infraction of the law, however small.

No need to point -- burmese, case over and done with.

The boys in brown love taking pictures whenever there're crimes reported/solved. But are they the ones who really cracked the cases?

To me, those in the photos are just taking credit from their subordinates. Smile....say cheese.....

Seems Burmese are the trouble makers in LOS.

Is that a rifle barrel or a blowgun blink.png

I know that Burmese bloke , he used to play the piano but got miffed when they took it away.

Looked suspicious well thats good enough for me lock him up and throw away the key before he becomes a serial killer
