Thaivisa Property Video Review for 1,000 Baht SPECIAL LAUNCH

post-189245-0-57833300-1449124922_thumb.

List your property with Thaivisa Property, give them a good sale price and we’ll make a video review for 1k baht

Thaivisa Property has the biggest reach into the foreign market in Thailand, with over 300k subscribers to their twice daily newsletter and over 2.7million visitors to our website no one else comes close.

They can therefore sell your property fast…and they want to now sell it even faster by giving customers, initially in Pattaya and Bangkok, the opportunity to have a supporting video made for only 1,000 baht production fee. This will give the consumer a better idea of your property and it will allow us to market on their You Tube channels too.

All they ask is you give them a great price to sell your property, their commission is 5%.

The video will take 30 minutes to shoot and be edited and ready with 2 days of filming.

Take a look at their website: www.property.thaivisa.com

Can we have a separate forum for advertising?

There is nothing wrong with this type of advertising, you only see it if you want, you actualy have to go to the property section, it shouldn't bother anyone.

What a joke! 300,000 subscribers??? The news letter gets sent to multiple email addresses owned by a single person, to dead and abandoned email addresses, etc. Although it is easy to get suspended by TV, it is almost impossible to get your name off the membership list, meaning a huge number of "members counted for advertising are either non-existent or non-active.

The worse thing a person could ever do is purchase a property off TV Property. Talk about overpriced and directed towards rich falangs........Have learned its not the locals you always need to be worried about its the farangs who will rip you off worse.

Big deal. They're taking a 5% commission (if they are able to sell to one of their unknown number of real subscribers) so shouldn't the sale video be thrown in free, why should they charge for it? An agent selling from a shop doesn't charge for putting a photo of the property they're going to be making money from in the window.
