Where to get medical exams in Pattaya?

Hi,

For work purposes I need to get a complete medical examination including chest X ray, ECG, yellow fever etc within a couple of weeks;

Someone pls know where I can get this done in/near Pattaya and how much it will cost?

Any of the hospitals will do the medical exam my offshore one costs between 3,000-5,000 baht depending where I go. The Yellow Fever jab may be an issue, last time I needed it there were 2 places in BKK and that was it, I now get mine renewed in the UK when I am there.
