How many of the cosmetic products promised to have the customer as white as Casper The Friendly Ghost in no time flat ?

the police need to get the brand owners. the retailers have no idea which product is legal or not as they are not the product owners.

The brand owners prefer to keep low profile.

The products are not FDA approved, even produced without any license, by a family business.

There are so many such cosmetic and health products sold in Pattaya and Phuket, mostly for Russian and Chinese tourists. Many of the products have additional stickers in Russian or Chinese.

The shop owners are supposed to be responsible for selling non FDA approved products.

But this is Thailand.
