toenail Posted December 18, 2015 Share Posted December 18, 2015 (edited) I saw Star Wars last night at the Avenue shopping complex. I prefer this theater because it is not as busy but just as nice. Central cinema also is showing the new Star Wars movie. (It is a great movie... like a family reunion... plenty of suspense to keep you from falling asleep...simple plot, but that is ok...love the special effects...) I do not think the movie I saw had captions in Thai...or am I use to it??? FYI, the cinema at North Big C- 2nd Rd north (called Central Festival also) shows films only in Thai. Harrison Ford mailed in his performance, Carrie Fisher never could & still can't act, Chewbacca always lovable & hasn't aged a day, Daisy Ridley - a very bright new star is born, John Boyega also very good, BB-8 (the new CP3) very cute, Mark Hamill--got 2 more minutes of fame, missing James Earl Jones.
