Toyota Vigo 4wd 2004 oil capacity

I would like to change the motor oil of my Vigo as well as the oil filter. What is the exact amount (capacity) of oil I should fill in?

Forgot to tell that the engine is the 3.0l D4D

6.9L plus 0.3L for the filter. Just chuck in 7L and you'll be sweet if you change the filter. Or if you're fussy, buy an extra litre and use it for the extra 200ml for the next 4 changes as well.

Edit: Always check the dipstick on an even surface when you're finished just to be sure.
