KittenKong
As usual, the best part of the article is at the end: "We understand the venue was allowed to open on Saturday Night and is expected to remain open, despite having no license,......" oneday
Let's all give the Pattaya police a great big hand for such a wonderful job of protecting the citizens of Thailand. What a phenomenal use of the Pattaya police's time and efforts. This pub was almost certainly not involved in making the video. The sex crazed couple and videographer just happened to pick this pub to do their thing. It's not like it takes a lot of detective work to find clubs open after hours. And closing a club for 5 years...well, hell, you might as well just close them permanently since that pretty much puts them out of business. Good old wonderful 44. LALes
"open well after hours". Ha! I've got a street of bars in Jomtien that stay open as long as they like and run loud music parties on occasion. You will NEVER see a cop come and tell them to stop. Of course, nothing from these bars has ever gone viral on the internet, either. I doubt this was a case of missed payment. Just a matter of too much negative press and they HAD to do something.

elgordo38
How many of these Thai clubs dont have licenses, why are they still operating , corruption is rampant MR General. If you think this one out you will come to a logical illegal answer. Shut down for 5 years hardly. A lot of dinero has to change hands on this one after this horrible crime was committed onsite. I am sure our BIB will in short order come up with the perps of this dastardly deed and be pointing the fickle finger of fate at them. The PM will declare this as another great victory a real feather in his cap and things will move on to the next great victory to return happiness to the people. You just got to love their priorities.
