Wifi Internet In-room In Krabi?

i would like to visit my friends in krabi for a week or so, but i will still need to work at that time and i do my work online, so i will need a wifi or lan connection for my laptop in-room. does anyone have recommendations of where i might be able to stay? preferably in krabi town and not too expensive! thanks...

I'm going in 2 weeks, stayed last time at Phranang Place up the main road in Ao Nang. About 10 minute walk from beach rd. Last time they had a internet cafe by the reception, decent speed. The lady told me that they would get wi-fi within 2 months (that's 6 months ago).

I'll let yo know when I get there if the lady spoke "jing-jing" or not..

Comprehensive Wifi ADSL in Scandinavianresidence in Ao Nang.

Ao Nang Paradise Resort in Ao Nang. The Wi-Fi there is free and so fast, we can use the Scype in our bungalow. Prices were good in low season. The territory is beautiful, there are lot of inexpensive indian and thai restaurants around, with veg menu. Amazing. A little bit far from the beach - 15 minutes by walk.
