Cha-am water authority problem

Featured Replies

Dear all,

we have a problem on the water pipe in front of our house: the main pipe broken somewhere and same like no one want to solve. Already went to water authority, they come to check but same like is a "too difficult job under the tarmac" so they (workers) don't want to do.

Anyone knows some "emergency number" or a way to complain and get the pipe fix? Is not a small leak ... I guess more than 3 liters of "public water" is lost each minute and it's at the bottom of an electric pole and if continue that pole will fall down sure.

Our house is located in Cha Am on a soi of the road 1001 (connection by-pass/Phetkasem)

Thanks for any suggestion

Perhaps call the electric company out of concern for there pole - although admit it may not work until the pole falls.

Back on topic.

Sad to say, if you have water (or often if you don't have water) then the water authority will leave the 'too hard' jobs until they get too big to ignore (when the power pole falls over).

It may be worth talking to your puyai baan (village head man) if you have one, or just keep pestering the water company.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
