If you go to pharmacy run by Chinese you can get them.Just ask to herbal sleeping medicine and good luck getting some more quality sleep.

Just get some valarian tablets... pretty sure you can get this in any place selling herbal supplements

Check out any pills you take in detail.......they often contain large amounts of western drugs to get the right effect. then check out the huge damage that TCM has on endangered species and the environment......and most of it is useless, relying on thr addition of western drugs to make them work.
