Mae Kao Canal new coffee shop - where is it?

Several architecture sites have features on this new home/coffee shop somewhere on the Mae Kao Canal.

I can't find a name for the coffee shop, but would love to visit it to check out the architecture. Does anyone have any idea where it is? (More photos on the link above).

Baan Rim Kao is the name of coffee shop, here is the link of architec http://www.archdaily.com/780682/mae-kao-canal-house-ekar-and-full-scale-studio , I found on other website the location of this coffee shop is in Sansai but on link above is in Muang district, so you can check out where is the right location.
