Baggage ID tags

Looking to buy ribbon to tie on baggage handles for quick ID at Baggage Claim.

I particularly like 2-inch wide red-blue-white (Thai flag colors) cloth ribbon on a spool,

but have been unable to find.

Any ideas where I might find?

It is more fun to look for ribbon in a luggage department.

OK, now that I re-read this -- if the OP wants proper luggage band, with a place to put a business card then it's the luggage dept of a dept store. If he just wants bright colored ribbon, like you give to a cat for a play-toy, then yes, the Kul shop in Wararot Market has the broadest selection.

I've noticed that these days, 3/4 of the suitcases on International flights all have colored ribbons tied to their handles.

For my last flight, I tied on a couple of lengths of colored para cord instead. Still thin and light enough, but also different enough to visually stand out.
