I like sushi, but wish they would cook it a bit more!

What about the people who drive up and down at the beach areas selling mussels, prawn etc? They drive all day and the sea food is in the sun. If that is going to be fresh then I believe in the tooth fairy.

I was at the beach one morning, and a crab & prawn beach seller drove up on her motorbike at 8:30am. On the back of the bike was a big box tied to the seat, filled with all of the cooked food needed to sell that day. Probably cooked at 6am, much sold later at 6pm. I have never been that hungry, but apparently it works for the Thais.
