i guys does anybody know of a good aluminium welding shop , i need repairs to a aluminium part for a vechile oil manifold....names and numbers would be appreciated

It's dangerous and not advisable to weld engine pressure parts who were originally CASTED.

Can you provide a clear picture(s) of the crack/defect ? I need to see the depth, length and place of the engine part...

↑↑ true that the expansion and contraction of use/heat can peal a weld off...

Look up Daengs/Dangs about 400m from airport plaza....The build custom bikes, etc and would be your best bet for work or a referral....He has 2 shops but I've only used the one by the red Ricoh sign - side street....

I'll second the recommendation for Daengs. They did some aluminum welding for me that was perfect!

Thanks guys I will try them out....plus its a open casting cover ...no chance of explosions
