Well for starters you need your objectives written in Thai, so you will need to find an educated Thai who can write in the correct manner.

Most people pay a decent solicitor to form the company for them.

Yes it is. There is a standard set of something like 24 objectives that cover just about everything, including one for having an ob ab nuad.

Specific objectives are added after the standard objectives.
