A bit more than an year ago I have obtained a 1 year driving licence and now it's expired. Planned to renew it but I lost it a few days ago. What do I have to do now to obtain a 5 years licence without taking tests? Is it necessary to show old expired licence?

Strictly from the wording at DLT you have to show the old license.

If there is no poster with a similar experience I am afraid you have to check with DLT.

Do you have a photocopy/photo of the license?

If you are lucky they show up your data in their files and thats it.

If you are unlucky they want a police report of lost DL (at least).

yes I do have a photocopy. I'll make my friend call DLT on monday...
