Featured Replies

any one know where i might get one in bangkok.

listed here as going to use to change rear shocks.

thanks.

I think I have seen them in Hardwarehouse

www.hardwarehouse.co.th

I bought one in global 2 years ago , not been in lately so don't if they still do

Thaiwassado, Do-home, Tesco, Big C, Thai-Chinese shops....

I use one, just about to make a simple slip-on V-saddle to stop any slip.

Yeah they sell them everywhere. 500b for a 5 ton decent bottle jack , go any cheaper and go wind up of u don't want leaks.

2 tonne me thinks, mine was the cheapest they had, that was 4 years ago still works well, nothing much to go wrong really. Welded a small piece of angle section on mine yesterday forming a "V", great now, doesn't slip even if you give it a good old wiggle.

I got the 5 ton in Ranong for 500b and good idea to weld a half pipe or a bit of angle on top as well as a cradle for the base if using it on the car.

Round section tube sits better in a V, regardless of tube diameter, really easy to do 5 minutes.
