Bailiff in Thailand

Recommended Posts

Is this some kind of process you need to have served on someone? What do you need it for? Where I come from a bailiff works for the government in the court and a process server serves a court summons or other document on someone. I suggest that only in case you are searching the 'net'.

I believe that the UK Courts allow foreign service, but you have to get the Court's permission. You would also have to prove the service to a standard accepted by the Court.

I don't think a UK judgement can be enforced in Thailand - but maybe the point is the enforcement will be done in the UK.
