Spike in American's interest in moving abroad post election -- hot air yet again?
I have many LGBTQ friends around the US. They have suffered insults and personal attacks which have skyrocketed over the last few months. More than a few are seriously considering seeking life elsewhere as White Christian Nationalists are now taking over. -

Fortuner Veers Off Expressway Curve, Driver Ejected and Killed in 3 Metre Fall
A crash occurred when a black Toyota Fortuner lost control on a curve along the Udon Ratthaya Expressway, with the driver being ejected from the vehicle and falling approximately three metres to his death. Police said that CCTV footage captured the incident, providing insight into the events leading to the fatal outcome. At approximately 23:15 on November 9, Pak Kret Police Station in Nonthaburi, along with the Poh Teck Tung Foundation rescue team, responded to a reported vehicle crash. The incident took place on a curved section of the expressway near the exit onto Chaeng Watthana Road in Khlong Kluea, Pak Kret District. Authorities were joined by a forensic medical examiner to investigate the scene. Upon arrival, responders found the body of Mr. Natthaphon, 46, lying on the ground below the expressway. His vehicle, a black Toyota Fortuner with license plate from Bangkok, was discovered tilted on its side, with the right wheels resting on the guardrail along the expressway curve. Scrapes and black marks were visible on the guardrail where the vehicle had impacted it. According to police the CCTV footage, shows the Fortuner approached the curve at high speed from the Bang Pa-In direction. As it rounded the turn, the vehicle lost control and collided with the guardrail, causing the right side to mount the barrier. At the scene police examined the vehicle and found that the driver’s door window was open. It is suspected that Mr. Natthaphon was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, and the impact caused him to be ejected from the vehicle, resulting in a fall to the road below from a height of about three metres. Police officers documented the scene and preserved evidence from the CCTV footage, which confirmed that no other vehicles were involved. The crash was determined to be a case of losing control on the curve, with no signs of external interference. The body of the deceased was handed over to the Poh Teck Tung Foundation for transfer to the Institute of Forensic Science for further examination. Pictures from responders. -- 2024-11-10
