I am late this month, no not preggy, just didn't get around to paying my water bill and now I have to go to the office to pay. I went to the water department on the Super H. near Teppanya Hospital today but it looks abandoned. Anyone know where they've moved to?

huh? i was just there last week, you going to the correct location - near Tesco Lotus? not really near the hospital but closer to Tesco on the same side.

Water is about gone and will be all gone soon so they bailed out knowing they would have nothing to do except deal with angry customers.

i just paid a bill there not long ago as well

no... i live right there and pay my bill (if i forget to go to 7-Eleven) at the office near Tesco Lotus. that is our office to pay the bill.
