90 Day Online Error Translation Please

I just tried to do my 90 day report online but got this error message. Language is in Thai so I can't read it and wasn't able to copy and paste the characters for translation.

I'm traveling to Vietnam just before the 90 day mark but wanted to do the report in case the flight is cancelled. I've been able to do the last two reports online so am surprised at this problem. Possibly I'm too late to file online but would like to confirm this suspicion. Thanks,post-113125-0-08499300-1456304736_thumb.

With the on-line 90-day reporting system, whenever you're given the choice of using a drop-down menu, ALWAYS use it and don't try to type a free-form answer. Be sure you're using Internet Explorer. If you're trying to enter a report using another browser, you may not even see the drop-down menu

I've never done the online deal but apparently you need to select (probably from a drop-down menu?) the type of accommodation in which you're residing. In any event, OP, you apparently failed to select from a menu and the notice is telling you that you must pick one.

Thanks, especially cmsally who correctly translated the error message. And I thought I was so careful when filling out the application. But now it has been successfully submitted.

Received an email this morning saying my online 90 day report was approved. What a quick easy way of doing this chore for those of us fortunate to be able to use the system.

And my success disproves the rumor that the first report after re-entry into Thailand has to be done in person since I returned from an out-of-the-country trip in very early December.

Was a TM30 report submitted for you after you returned in very early December -- or maybe have you done a visa extension since then?

Nancy, no interaction with immigration since I've returned. I've lived in the same place for several years and did my retirement extension last September.
