Home delivery calorie restricted food plan

Featured Replies

Looking for daily meals delivered to my home, want to shred some of this fat. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

There are 2 or 3 people on the Facebook C.M. groups doing home delivery of low-fat, low-calorie no MSG meals. All are about 100 Baht per meal including delivery. Thai food - with salmon, brown rice, veggies, fruit, etc. Looks pretty good and healthy. They seem to do a brisk business.

Calorie counting, not the best way to get healthy.

Just cut out sugars mate.

Sorry I don't know how to link from within a closed group. But I think the one vendor is #Healthyfoodbymint There are others too. I don't have time to search for them for you.

I know (including me) everyone has their own idea...but, if you eat the correct foods there is no reason to calorie restrict..
