i am from INDIA- How to make single status certificate/ affidavit for marry thai women, can make it from Thailand? or i need go back to India for that?

You need to contact your Embassy for information - it is a paper that they provide and you sign and what they require varies - but would probably include any divorce paperwork if ever married.

You need to ask the Indian Embassy if they will provide an affidavit confirming "freedom to marry".

If they do the affidavit will have to be translated into Thai and be certified by the Thai MFA.

Be aware that getting married does not, of itself, provide a means of remaining in Thailand
