PM prepares activities to mark HM the King's accession

BANGKOK, 4 March 2016 (NNT) – The Prime Minister has joined a meeting to prepare a celebration of His Majesty the King’s accession, which is slated to include an array of major activities.


Prime Minister Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired a meeting of the commission organizing celebrations for the 70th anniversary of His Majesty the King’s accession this June 9 at Government House.

Addressing all relevant agencies of the celebration, the premier called for a range of activities to be held to mark the auspicious occasion and requested opinions from the offices.

The organization commission includes members of Cabinet, who have let on activities for the day will seek to express the nation’s loyalty for His Majesty the King to the world. They have invited all citizens to take part in acknowledging His Majesty’s great contributions to the Kingdom.
