Well, apparently it is a crime in Thailand to leave the house without wearing underwear. The man was just doing his duty as a concerned citizen.

(Although this "law" is quoted all over the interwebs, I can't find any reference to the legislation - so it could just be an urban myth)

Edit - just to add that I do not condone up-skirt activities unless it is between consenting adults.

He gets upshirt photos of models and actresses and then he can name his price for sale to porn and scandal sites. If the man has managed to all ready upload the pics online they have probably gone viral worldwide by now and will be there to haunt those actresses forever. Abuses like this can ruin people`s reputations, careers and even their lives. This is not a trivial act to be laughed at and is a total violation, could say it`s a form of sexual abuse.

I believe you're in the minority. I agree with Worgeordie, I find them very unattractive. They're not real and they're unappealing. You may find a lot of guys think the same. It's not skin colour...it's the whole "fake" look. They look like barbie dolls. might as well get a blow up doll.

I agree with you about the 'fake' look its not my thing either, however, my comment was about 'skin colour', it amazes me how many guys on here are against whiter skinned women almost to the point of verbal aggression, when the reality is they could never 'get' such a woman in the first place...
