Over the course of a year I initiate a significant number of letters that need to be sent out by EMS post to various locations, mainly in Isaan.

Having received an EMS number, it is fairly easy to track its movement through Track & Trace.

All too often though, track and trace announce delivery, yet it is a further day before the letter arrives at its destination.

Furthermore, all too frequently, when nobody is home, the letter (often containing very improtant documents) is left with a neighbour, local shop etc.

This is completely contrary to the EMS rules,

Lucky you........ left with a neighbour local shop etc

if nobody is home, EMS with important documents or cheques is signed for by the post man and stuffed into my mail box
