Anywhere in Chiang Mai to buy this,

While I'm not sure if they have fuel stabilizer, there's an electronics shop (though they sell a lot of different items) in the Mae Hia Big C complex (on the left side, past Kasikorn Bank, and to the right of the telephone kiosks) that carries several STP products- if you're in the area it might be worth a look.
