And there's the Great American Tragedy.

A choice between a slightly sleazy woman (White water, some cattle deal etc.) who is an ex-first lady who doesn't come across as trust-worthy, and Trump, who's only concern is for Trump and always has been.

A cattle futures "deal," in which her $1000 "investment" was turned into $100,000 over a series of trades that experts said would have equaled a trillion to one chance if played out by the average investor.

Taking out that old turd, trying to polish it up.

Today on the Ministry of Propaganda/Fox Website it's "Clinton tried to change rules to use BlackBerry in secure facility for classified information"

Every day another ridiculous accusation that will go no where.

When you've got unelectable candidates like the Republicans, all you can do is throw mud and hope something sticks. Benghazi!

That was just the system of payment for the REAL scandal. That was to not prosecute Tyson Foods for polluting the water table near their factories. The futures trade was just the means to transfer funds of bribe.

The UBS scandal was a lot more blatant.

...and what do you think has been the driving force behind the last 35 years of Hillary's life?

Public service would NOT be considered a valid response.

One thing Republicans may not care to know about classified info: 98.9% is useless chatter. Another 0.19% is already known by our 'enemies.' Classified data gets more useless each hour/day that passes. Some of it is intentionally misleading, so whomever is listening will get the wrong idea, if easily duped.

I remember reading an article in Penthouse in the early 70's (yes they had some items besides pretty girls). At that time in US history, the federal propaganda machine kept insisting that the USSR has immensely powerful with it's N-bombs etc. By continually spreading that image, the Feds, hand in hand with US arms corps, kept getting more and more billions of $$'s from borrowed and taxpayer funds. The Penthouse article articulated how the Pentagon's claims were bogus. The USSR was woefully under-equipped for fighting a war, and its radar and other sensing tech was inferior (how many computer companies originated in the former East Bloc?). It wasn't until decades later that it was shown the Penthouse article was right, and the Pentagon/CIA had been wrong.

The other reason the Feds painted the USSR as so awesomely powerful, is the US needs at least one big bad bogeyman at any point in time. At various times, it's been Castro, Noriega, Breznev, Ortega, Kim, or their countries. Even France was on that list, recently, when they chose to not dive feet first into Bush's/Cheney's 2nd Gulf War.

I must confess.

No, I did not read your quoted post.

You did not quote a post in the post I responded to and my crystal ball is in the shop for polishing.

I would be interested to read some backup as to where yo obtained this information. Care to provide a link this time?

But. just for information...

Secretary Clinton finally released some 55,000 of her "work related" emails to the State Department.

In response to FOIA requests, after review the State Department, something over 2,000 of them contained classified information.

That is a ratio of 3.64% that are classified, which is far above your imaginary 1.1% that you seems to classify as not being "useless chatter".

The bright side of your argument is that only 96.36% of her emails were "useless chatter".

Well, that's my post you quoted and answered. You didn't read it?

My point was that both Trump and HRC are miserable choices for the electorate.

A bit of history for the Hillary haters...repubs have been trying to nail her for decades with investigation after investigation. Whitewater was fifty MILLION taxpayer bucks down the tubes and six long years of BS that resulted in not even enough evidence for an indictment...GREAT JOB republicans.

Then there is Bengazi , 6 million more of tax payers down the tubes and untold wasted time with NOTHING. GREAT JOB republicans.

And Hawaii is still waiting for that BIG investigating team that Trump was going to send over to PROVE that Obama's birth announcements in TWO papers as well as his birth certificate (which was personally certified by Linda Lingle the repub Governor) were part of some giant conspiracy launched 40+ years ago by Obama's 18 year old mom and included dozens of co conspirators.....wow what a mom that she was able to organize all that JUST IN CASE her little half black baby might someday want to run for President....

Maybe the repubs should spend a bit more time trying to do something to actually help people rather than posturing before cameras and wasting taxpayer money?

Six years and more than $50 million in taxpayer money later, an independent counsel has concluded there is "insufficient evidence" to charge President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton with any criminal wrongdoing in the Whitewater land deal in Arkansas.

Bengazi:

CNN/ORC poll released on October 22, 2015, found 72% of all Americans say they see the Benghazi committee as mostly using its investigative mission for political gain. Forty-nine percent of Republicans said the committee is trying to score political points.

"

.... during the George W. Bush period, there were 13 attacks on various embassies and consulates around the world. Sixty people died. In Karachi, there was a death of one of our diplomats, and those were not investigated during that period of time

I have even been known to misread or not understand a post recently.

Is the article indicating that Trump is a liar and flip-flopper?! I'm aghast. Who would have thought....?

The thing is, you can broadcast all of Trumps lies, business failures, insults/vulgarity, contradictions, bigotry, and overall stupidity, yet, his supporters will still support him. Bizarre but true.

It might be bizarre but human nature is contradictory. Someone like Trump the anti-PC anti politician can do and say no wrong when they have invested into someone representing them when they feel career politicians and the establishment have largely forgotten them.He voices their anger, their hopes fears and their prejudices so they idolize him thinking he understands them. They don't really care much about all the other stuff which could indicate a level of desperation especially when he has brought people out of the woodwork who never normally vote.

People on the left also do the same and overlook all of HRC's murky and even possibly illegal activities because they idolize her. Don't expect rational behavior or impartiality when it comes to politics

Yeah, it sort of reminds one of all those Hillary supporters that keep their heads firmly buried in the sand with each new scandal that comes up with her as the subject.

Benghazi! Sort of reminds me Trump lies once every five minutes he speaks on average. You've got the ministry of propaganda (Fox News) trying to throw anything and everything against the wall and hoping something sticks against HRC.

Poor Trump, it's almost impossible to keep track of what he said when you lie as much as he does.

Undercover advertising for Fox News again? That's 3 X today. Actually every post pretty much everyday. Are you a shareholder? Good ruse Pinot!

The FACT that the FBI is investigating Hillary's emails that violated national security and her foundation that is alleged to have pedaled influence, makes your spin seem pretty silly.

The FBI is investigation Hillary Clinton to see if she broke any laws by using her server for classifed material or material that she should have known would be classified. So far, the FBI hasn't found any material that was classifed at the time of it being put on her server. So, the question remains should she have known it would be classified. Prosecutors are generally very reluctant to try cases on a "should have known" basis. It's very difficult to prove states of mind.

What the postings of the anti-Hillary crew show is their rampant hypocrisy. It is not proof that a crime has been committed just because you are being investigated. The same people who scream about the Constitution being violated by Barack Obama suddenly develop a severe case of amnesia about the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

You see what's happening in the USA is similar to what happened in the UK's last election where Cameron's Conservatives did not so much win as Milliband's Labour lost. It was an election of the least bad!!!

God help both of us!

She broke the law when she set up her own private server outside State.gov. Her use of the unsecured private server only compounded the fact.

Now a small complaint about your post. You make this statement:

" So, the question remains should she have known it would be classified. Prosecutors are generally very reluctant to try cases on a "should have known" basis. It's very difficult to prove states of mind."

How many times must I inform our readers that Hillary, as Secretary of State, was designated by President Obama's Executive Order number 13526 as the top approving authority for the State Department with authority up to and including Top Secret?

This authority was accompanied by instructions from the Defense Security Services as to what, how, when and why documents or information should be classified.

I am not a Prosecutor by any stretch of the imagination but I would have little problem proving Hillary not only should have known if something was classified, she would have known.

Even Hillary is going to have a hard time claiming Ignorance of the law. Every action she took regarding her private server was a willful act on her part.

She has no defense.

I have no idea what the Republican 'email smear campaign' has to do with Trump being wedged on the immigration issue.

It highlights why Trump is not even a slightly good prospect for the Presidency. Experienced politicians can walk this line very easily. Illegal immigration provides a cheap workforce and is easily exploited, it also increases unemployment and forces down wages, the higher the unemployment rate the easier it is to exploit workers. So a skilled politician can signal to Corporate America that their access to cheap labour is going no where and at the same time exploit xenophobia in the electorate that it is all the fault of illegal immigrants taking the jobs of good Americans and walls need to be built and undocumented illegals will be removed from the country. All rubbish of course. There will be no wall and no way cheap labour for Corporate America to profit from is going to be removed from the country. Everyone one ends up happy. Right Wingers still get to hate on illegals and Corporate America still gets millions of cheap labour.

It's a pretty easy game to play Trump just isn't up to the task.
