I have a pick up that is registered in Chaiyaphum province and is due for re tax and insurance in 2 months, I have planed to go travelling and think I could be out of the province when the due date arrives. Can I tax and insure it in another province other than where it is registered opr must I return to chaiyaphum to tax and insure it?
