There is a vitamine b liquid sold in ag supply stores that has been used for years to stimulate root development and reduce transplant shock. Have not looked in a while so there could be something new, never found Super Thrive. You could probably get a bottle mailed in.

I found a small bottle of NAA + vitamin, (a rooting stimulant) at Kam Thieng flower market next to Tesco. Many shops there, best to look around. but you can find it. I rooted up some orchid stems, no problems. Trees usually not so easy to root but some do better than others.
