The tiny minority strikes again.

For South Asia 76% of those in favour of Sharia law were in favour of the death penalty for apostasy. The figures for Europe are lower, but still disturbingly high for an attitude that's totally incompatible with living in any western democracy.

Bangladeshis and Pakistanis in particular seem prone to violent excesses in the name of Islam.

As in many parts of Indonesia. The reason is very simple, all the countries have large numbers of the population that are illiterate. That means the religious nutjob mullahs can say whatever they want in terms of what the 'good book' says and the illiterates believe it as the word of God. Welcome to Europe 14th Century.

I hope there is not a mad dash to buy machetes in Southern Thailand...

It is not uncommon in Southern PI...for Muslims to take an overnight Island hopper boat...get up when everyone is sleeping...and kill as many innocent people as possible before they are subdued by other passengers...

It is mind numbing to try and justify such unnecessary carnage...

With the advent of Muslim refugees flooding western cultures...how long will it be before their lack of respect for the lives of others...causes them to start hacking away...

I suspect it's the literate ones who need watching.

Indonesia seems relatively benign, given that it's the most populous Muslim country in the world.

Hmmm, actually Indonesia is the biggest overseas recruitment ground for ISIS in terms of the number of people who want to join.

"Hmmm, actually Indonesia is the biggest overseas recruitment ground for ISIS in terms of the number of people who want to join".

Given that Indonesia is the most populous Islamic nation in the world (249.9 million) in absolute numbers that would not be surprising.

The percentage of people joining would give a better indication of the "tendency" of the Indonesian people vis a vis say, Pakistan or Bangladesh.

Got one?

Allah the compassionate, the merciful, the munificent, pity about his followers, merciless , ignorant and murderous.

Why are the elites, the unelected bureaucrats of Europe bringing millions of these people into our culture??

What is the grand plan given the actuarial realities of such immigration ?

Horrifying .

As a comparison it is estimated 6,000 Tunisians have joined ISIS in Syria & Iraq. Whereas 700 Indonesians officially identified having done so, unofficially estimates vary somewhere between 1000 - 2000.

It's primarily Bangladeshi heritage people in Europe who are joining ISIS in Syria / Iraq., though a relatively small Islamic extremist group in Bangladesh has sworn allegiance to ISIS, believe the same scenario applies to Pakistan.
