Two of my customers said they were in a train which hit a pick-up on a crossing near Korat on Sunday. No fatalities on the train, but three killed in the pick-up. The strange thing is although the train was de-railed, turned over and shunted by another train, there was not a word in the BKK Post about it. Why? Is this not news? Or does it happen so often it's not worth mentioning? Or maybe it's not news worthy of the BKK Post because there was no-one of note on the said train.

You must have missed this thread in the news forum :o

I was going to add, but didn't "George, as always, on top of the news" and here he is beating me to the post :D

So, George, as always, on top of the news. :D

I realised as soon as I posted that I had looked on only the travel forum, and not the news forum. Might as well close it then.
