Victims' families seek premeditated murder charge for Mercedes driver over fatal crash

Featured Replies

When the prosecutor has read through all his law books and dictionaries to learn what the word 'premeditated' means. He will have the court throw it out due to unproved accusations..In this unfortunate case,i have to agree with the other OP's.Premeditated is when one acquires a weapon with sole intention of injuring or killing a certain person.

As in the Ruth Ellis case, back in the 50"s.She purposely acquired a gun with the sole intention of killing her boyfriend. The prosecution got the death penalty because she shot him 5 times, proving premeditation.Had she shot him once then the case could have been worked around 'spur of the moment' The fact that she had a gun would have still got her a life sentence but she would not have been hanged. This character did not premeditate the death of the poor soles, but he did kill them whilst being under the influence of drink/drugs,and in sole control of what must be described ,in these circumstances as a lethal weapon.

Of course ,we all know this isn't going to stand up,nothing will be done and we will hear no more.

If I was home, I would have a couple

Of guys from NJ look this guy up and this

Problem would be settled,,,,the victim's families

Would appreciate their visit to this scumbag.

And then you would compensate the families out of your own pocket too... Wake me up when you're finished plz

The victim's families must have some pull and so this issue is still alive.

If victim's families have no money or pull, this matter would just disappear.

If it was my son who was killed, it would have been settled the biblical way.

"The victim's families must have some pull..." You may well be right.

On the other hand I suspect slowly slowly more and more Thai people are standing up and demanding action / resolution / punishment, etc. I hope so.

The RTP should have done that with the spitting heir of Red Bull.

If the government ncpo is really about thainess n returning happiness to the ppl, then make an eg of this trash.

Disregarding the law by driving drunk, under the influence of drugs, exceeding the speed limit is paramount to a pre-meditated offence - - he was well aware that he would have been breaking the law, therefore it was a pre- meditated act.

So regardless or not whether he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are you saying that anyone who is speeding and is involved in an accident where someone dies should be charged with premeditated murder?

Biblical way?....that would be very unchristian of you ,no?!

They do understand the difference between premeditated and pre medicated right?

Maybe lost in translation.
