Just tried to send a message to Immigration via their website using the form at http://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/base.php?page=comment

After clicking submit I got what appears to be some sort of error message:

Not Found

The requested URL /include/mailcomment.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Will the message have got through, despite this message? Has anyone had any recent success of contacting them using this form? Alternatively, do they have an email address at which they'll accept enquiries (in my case specifically relating to 90 day reporting)?

Thanks

I have seen no posts of anybody doing it.

What browser were you using? If not using IE that could be the problem.

What are your questions relating to 90 day reporting.

The error message is about a missing file on the server. Very much doubt it's browser-dependent. Anyway, the answer is Chrome.

I made my last but one 90-day report on-line, but for the last one their system was down, so I reported by mail. That was back at the beginning of March. Still not received the confirmation receipt. (Tracking shows they received it on March 7th.) Wanted to know what had happened. I speculate that switching from on-line to mail reporting might have caused a problem for them.

I'm leaving Thailand for a few days early next month. If the problem is simply that the receipt got lost in the mail I don't need to worry, and my next report will be fine. However, if it's something more significant I'd like to get it sorted now, but I really don't want to have to waste a lot of time travelling to/from Chaengwattana and waiting goodness knows how long there. (There are also a lot of holidays coming up which will make the queues even worse than usual.)

The error looks like a server-side issue that will have prevented an email being generated from the comment form. I do not think the browser used was relevant. I assume the web page is functionally broken.

It is probably lost in the mail. You could try calling CW at 0-2141-9889. Or 1111 or 1178.

I just tried and got a different failure result when using IE tab on Chrome. It just does not work.

Even if you are using IE I have never been able to use the online system

There are many reasons for a person not being able to do it. Post what your problem is in the pinned topic about online reporting.

I cannot do it for two reasons and old entry and a new passport since then.
