I liked this if for no other reason than another perspective on corruption and how it affects daily life.

I like this the last line in the article of reminds me of Bangkok

Bottom line: If you’re in a country where everyone drives on the sidewalk and nobody stops at stop signs, you can be pretty sure the government isn’t working right.
