Western Union fee schedule and methods for transfer from Thailand to neighbor countries....

I found a copy of the fee schedule for WU transfers: https://www.krungsri.com/bank/en/PersonalBanking/BankingServices/InternationalRemittanceServices/WesternUnionMoneyTransfer-ATM.html#RemarkLink638 Click on 'special fees' for the neighbor country fees.

Is there any way from thailand to initiate a WU/MG transfer online or via atm? I only saw this with Krung Sri. Do other banks do this as well? Could save me a trip.

Wow...expensive! And those appear to be the sending/receiving fees only...does not take in account their lower exchange rate also.
