Hero driver saves passengers on train

A Polish train driver is being hailed a hero after saving his passengers from death and injury.

A truck had broken down on a level crossing and there was not time to stop the train.

The driver raced through the carriages telling passengers to lie down seconds before the impact.

I'd hate to think how many committees would be needed to decide.

I cant say that this was heroic, caring perhaps, i would also run to the back of the train in such circumstances and shout lie down on the way. Hero is like the word love,often misused.

Can't quite tell if their is some kind of gate on that level crossing?

While the train is speeding toward the truck and the collision is going to happen in a few seconds? What's your super-power?

Ah so, my bad...I was so excited to give a Thai man kudos for his bravery...should have know better...thanks for the correction...
