Mattress for rental property

Im looking for an inexpensive mattress for a rental property. Just needs to be new and relatively cheap around 10k or so (king size)

Anyone know where in Bangkok I can find a Thai style furniture store?

The Home Pro on Rachadapisek always seeMs to have a brand name mattress promotion just as you exit the tills. I bought a king size Slumberland for 12k a few months back and with my Home Pro member card got it knocked down to 8k.
