what the minimum age for working in Thailand?

I am asking as I have a Work Permit in my company and need 4 employees at all time. One fell off and my son is now 15 years old can I put him on the list as one of my employees?

At least he can get the social benefits of it as well.

Yes, 15 is something of a watershed age in Thailand. At that age, they

- must get their ID card

- can work legally

- must register for the school military cadet program, if they want to avoid compulsory military service later on (males only).

- often finish their academic education, and begin vocational training, if they are not academically inclined.
