My business has a need of your services and would like to discuss price.

We use Tour Royale Air Cargo (TRAC) for about anywhere between 4-20 tons of goods per month by air. They also have a sea shipping division which I have yet to use commercially. Feel free to google, they are one of the best in my experience. The rates are pretty much uniform across the industry, the key is getting a freight forwarding agent that you work well with.

Do shipping agents carry their own insurance ( for my cargo ) or is this something that I should get elsewhere?

They have it as an option but I have yet to use it (as we ship fresh goods - flowers/plants/etc.; that they make us waive all liability for).
