Aayers
Hi All, If a borrower takes up a loan and uses his leasehold as security, can the creditor file an injunction (caveat) against the property? According to the code it says for a period of 30 days but the loan is 1 year. Is there any other law that applies?

SamuiRes
You may need to consult the Commercial Code as well as there are some issues are covered in there too.
