Can my employer by any means cancel my USA visa or create some problem? Does the employer has that right to call the embassy or withdraw my visa?

Anyone at any time has the right to call the embassy, not sure what you're going at.

Can someone answer it asap!

Only Immigration can cancel a visa as far as I'm aware.

If you are holding your own passport how can anyone do anything with it.

Doyou mean you have a Thai Visa in a US passport?

or do you have a visa to go to the usa?

the answer could be different depending on which one.

I think you need to give us a few details, before anybody can give meaningful advice.

In general a visa is between the issuing authority and you and it gives you the right to present yourself at the border where an officer will decide whether to land you.

Nobody can call a consulate and demand that a visa must be revoked, otherwise disgruntled people would be doing it every day of the week.

If your employer is aware that the visa was fraudulently obtained they could advice the Consulate, but it would be up to them as to what action they took, if any.

You really need to give us the full details including your nationality and why your employer wants to do this.

He must have got a US business visa on the strength of supporting documents provided by his employer, like many of us do.

**Working in Thailand, having B1/B2 visa on my passport.

Can an employer take employees passport to the US embassy and get employees visa cancelled?

or

Can my employer send someone else on my behalf with my passport to get my visa cancelled?

The employer cannot or can take an employees *passport* to the embassy to get the visa cancelled with or without employees permission?**

I mean passport holder has to present or not ?

If your employer sponsored your visa to the USA I would imagine a call/letter from them withdrawing their sponsorship would probably see your visa cancelled/revoked. Not too sure they physically need your passport at the Embassy?

They will have to make the decision whether to revoke the visa or not. That is not the call of either the boss reeporting or the embassy. The decision would be made in the US but if the question is can it be cancelled the answer is yes if the US decide to.
