Best place to buy a gym mat?

Looking for something I can take around with me for a quick stretch / workout in my room... sick of using my towel! Got the feeling the specialist sports shops will be quite expensive though.

Any ideas?

Buy a cheap and cheerful roll up beach mat if you want a cheap and cheerful mat.

Tesco-Lotus has them. Two sizes. Cheap. Or, you can go to any sports store here in Bangkok. Central World has a huge sports store, and they should have them.

Like the poster said above, any mall with a sports store will have them.
