another poor perfomance by VFS and UKV1

ok we have gone through the whole visit visa application process again, while waiting for a reply to our complaint of VFS behaviour on the first one,

they allowed me to attend the interview this time. it all went ok until they produced a checklist and asked my wife to sign it without checking it?

i intervened as even if they would of asked her to check it her English is not that good.

all of the bank and income documents had not been checked as well as a few others? so i asked the staff why they were asking the wife to sign a

checklist that had not been filled in correctly (and these actions pointed to other incorrect procedure that UKV1 tried to use to rubish the complaint for the first application) they just went a bit quiet and would not answer so I got a pen and ticked all the vital documents they looked like they were preparing to leave out again.

this was with three staff all asking different things and it really looked like they had no idea of the seriousness of their actions , but they would not sign the checklist

I had provided. we went through the bio-metrics and within five days we received the visa.

we also received an email reply to our complaint which was quite funny saying we had not supplied any financial documents with our first application as the checklist

confirmed and stating that VFS are not allowed to omit documents and that we now have supplied the correct documents and have been granted a visa?

I had pointed out our complaint was registered 12 hours after the interview before the ECO had got any where near the application documents and that the documents where handed back to my wife in a plastic folder for what reason. I have requested a review and as I am in the uk the office dodging oh sorry dealing with these complaints will get at least 4 or five calls and emails asking what are they playing at . and if we still have a government I will ask the mps to ask these clowns what

they are playing at.. or has Black Adder got a cunning plan to make sure every one uses an agent for any visa applications...MAKES YOU WONDER
