"Lady Kai" latest: Seems she could predict lottery numbers and tricked dying woman over land deal

Didn't I read when all this started that there are several women in jail or prison for stealing from Kai? I hope they are all out at least on bail, until this lady is put in their place. I also hope to see Kai's

fortune payback the people she stole the land from and to those imprisoned wrongfully.

Land theft by criminals.....criminals who love crime' they branch out to do other crimes......Then get bigger criminals involved to share profits and increase crime. Sadly those opportunists standing willing to help.....wear uniforms.

She could predict lottery numbers, if you buy 10-20 Million THB worth

of tickets, you are sure to have some winning numbers.

regards Worgeordie

The driver did say underground lottery, but I strongly suspect nothing but BS. If someone bet B10 million on a 2 number bet they could expect a return of 60:1 or B600 million. If they were lucky enough to win on 99:1 odds, the chances of collecting that sum are even lower.

Yup placing bets is easy and collecting not so easy. So far only 20% of a 5k baht bet paying 40:1 has been paid. Nothing to do but hope for lucky,,twice and be paid in full as the runners husband wears a common uniform.

"She always had a police escort and servants and body guards attending to her. Everyone believed she was really a princess. She seemed very important and influential"

That's all it takes. The education system here has got people thinking how great it is to be important and how much you should respect 'important people'.

What is an important person? A police officer doing their job or some miserable looking, dyed hair, amulet wearing c*** getting out of a Mercedes? Vulgar people.

How long until the good people start fighting back against this draconian system.

Only when they can match the firepower of that system i.e. Never!

In the land of the blind, the one with one eye is king. Thailand is full of "Blind" people that are so easy mislead by the wealthy ones of this country.

They have to play her off as crazy before it becomes public who all was involved. You don't get a diplomatic passport by spending a few baht (or I would have bought one by now).

Is there no end to the scams/ schemes of this twisted idiot of a woman?

This saga is keeping most of Thailand entralled, waiting for what will be exposed next.

Said she's 58 in the press. If she's been scamming since, say 30, that's 28 years worth to come to light.

An incredible confidence trickster and scammer by the look of it, who probably started to believe the little world she created for herself.

Interesting to see how much more crawls out. What has happened to her hubby btw? Seems conspicuous by his absence.

I digress, but are doctors allowed to divulge people's medical conditions?

Normally they need a court order to divulge the information

The rules change when the patient is deceased.

Of course Thais cannot keep a secret, especially when a member of the press is asking the questions.

When they do this country will be a different place (for the better), drop the face issues, drop the "hiss" drop the drooling over vulgar people stepping out of a Mercedes. Problem right now is, everyone aspires to be them, at any cost.

People here look up to people with money, they kind of do everywhere but the difference here is it doesn't matter how they got it. Even if they find out its corruption and they are nothing more then thieves, still they hold position.

It will take a lifetime to change this and only if the people want to change...

One might call her many things.....but idiot?.....I think not, she was anything but an idiot ...she fooled practically everybody she came into contact with.

I agree Baerboxer, a fantasist, who half-believed her own fantasies. An extremely intelligent woman I would imagine, you don't get as far as she did by being stupid, brought down by her inability to recognise the reality of her own situation when it all turned sour, as it usually does with fantasists. Anyway, her successful projection of this "Lady" image explains a lot. The forelock touching nature of Thai society is still pretty engrained. I think the very thing that brought her success brought her down. Screwing innocent people over is one thing, doing it as a "Lady" offends core values.

The TGF at the time seemed to have an older business friend/associate not exactly like this woman but with similar traits example below.

I go to Silom one night to meet the GF and her "friend", they are already eating a nice seafood dinner. I am offered some, I take about 1 prawn and nibble of something else.

Drumroll..... when the bill comes what do you think happens? Well for a start I do not offer anything given above circumstance (Its not my gig is it?), she did pay but with the caveat:

"Well, let me see if I have any money" - What kind of person goes to a restaurant and does not even know if they have enough money to pay for their food? I am 100% sure non of you who have lived there for a while find this in any way surprising. Thais seem to carry on just fine when there is no foreigner around but when there is, they seem to have memory lapses, lose things, including money, or shortage thereof. Funny bunch aren't they? I would feel ashamed to have to wait for someone else to pay (Unless its the bloody company paying for lunch like last week) as I earn and pay all my own bills and bloody happy to!

Funny, I always have the opposite experience. When I'm out with Thais I never once have been able to pay a food bill. I find them embarrassingly generous. .

Again we are seeing that this woman has come under huge scrutiny not for her actions but rather because of what and who she pretended to be.

Nonsense, she has come under intense scrutiny purely on the basis of the truly evil deeds she has perpetrated on those who did not go along with her warped wishes !

"Evil deeds" and "warped wishes", how evocative, very dramatic.

Indeed, had she truly been what she said she was the media would not have free reign to tear her apart as they have.

And she was not brought down by stupidity, hubris was her undoing.

Not to diminish the scams of Kai but I found that the 8M baht property stolen by Kai was inherited from the father who was a soldier. Doesn't that seem to be an "unusually wealthy" soldier? Maybe there is a reason, other than the princess, that the wronged family let it go for all of these years.
