Anyone have any suggestions of where to source this service for getting coloured labels printer and also a label printer to print my own black and white address at homes?

If you have a laptop you should be able to set up for label printing ....It will print out for available label papers.....

Labels are probably available at the stationary at Robinsons....

I have Dymo label maker - but unsure where you would find them here....

He wants coloured labels....
