ClutchClark
The punks will be caught but the money and replacement cost of the purse and the inconvenience will be hers to bear. Really a shame.

billd766
She was lucky that the bag was in the basket. She could have been wearing it and been kicked off the motorbike , been badly injured, and still have had her bag stolen,
hgma
Bag snatching...... I walked through the corridors of the local hospital and was amazed how many people had taken their bags with them in the 'long stay' corridor....... Clearly a result of the sign all over the place NOT to leave your valuables unattended.
Ulic
Nothing new here. Everyone knows do not wear gold necklaces on any beach road in Thailand and do not leave your purse in the front basket of your scooter anywhere in Thailand.

joepattaya1961
The answer? Attach a bunch of razor blades to the purse and look for the culprit at the nearest emergency room. You're too soft........what about a hand grenade with pin attached to the basket.........approx. 5-10 second before it explodes while the bag is most probably in between the two fleeing thieves.....ouch.
