Pattaya passport office

Does anybody know if the Thai passport office in the avenue shopping mall in Pattaya  is still open.

I missed to check personally last time when I was in Pattaya two weeks ago.

 

But there is little doubt that it is still open.

This is a quite active FB page of this office.

Last entry from Aug 5 about closing day (12th) this month.

If it's for your wife/GF let her read it.

Lot of info about opening times, queue system (max q.) etc.

Yes it opens every normal working day from 10am - 6pm.  Queues start to form about 2 hours before but there is a way of applying for a Thai passport online now. You'll still have to go to the passport office to have your photo taken but you can avoid the queues.  The website is not easy to find and I can't remember the address but I'll try to find it again if you want.
